How we work
Hardware and supply chain sit in the same building. When a part goes end-of-life we know before our customers do, because we are buying it too. That is the whole reason the store exists: it is our own bill of materials, opened up.
Every platform we ship is serviceable in place, documented down to the connector, and supported for at least seven years.
Milestones
- 2019 Founded around a single question: what makes a robot welcome in a shared space?
- 2021 First Atlas units deployed on hospital wards.
- 2023 Component store opened so customers could build on the same hardware.
- 2025 Fleet crosses one million autonomous deliveries.
