PCB Design & Schematic Engineer
Design the electronics that go inside our machines and robots, from schematic to a manufactured, working board.
- Location: Aleppo, on-site
- Working hours: Full time
- Closed
The role
We build industrial PCBs for machines and industrial robots. We are looking for someone to design the electronics that go inside them: schematics, board layout, and getting boards fabricated and assembled.
You will work directly with our embedded and mechanical teams, turning "we need motor control for X" into a manufactured, working board.
Responsibilities
- Schematic capture for power, MCU, sensor and motor-driver circuits
- PCB layout: layer stack-up, EMI/EMC-aware routing
- BOM creation and component sourcing (cost, availability, obsolescence)
- Design-for-manufacture (DFM) and design-for-assembly (DFA) review
- Placing and managing fab/assembly orders (JLCPCB, PCBWay, or local vendors)
- Prototype bring-up support (multimeter, scope, JTAG) alongside firmware
- Documentation: schematics, layout files, BOM, assembly drawings
- Design and review boards for external client orders, alongside our own products
Requirements
- Experience designing PCBs, from schematic to manufactured board
- Proficiency in EasyEDA (required); Altium Designer experience is a plus
- Comfortable with industrial control boards, motor drivers and power electronics for machines and robots
- A portfolio of boards you designed that were actually built and worked
- Organized version history and documentation for design files
Nice to have
- RF/wireless layout experience (WiFi/BLE antenna matching)
- High-speed / impedance-controlled routing (USB3, Ethernet)
- Exposure to regulatory prep (FCC/CE)
None of this is required. Mention it if you have it.
